What we collect when you describe a project, why, and how we protect it.
Who we are
365 Metrix (365metrix.com) is operated by Zeropro LLC, Uzbekistan. For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].
What we collect
- Your project description - the messages you write to the project assistant and the summary you approve.
- Contact details - your name and email, and optionally your company and phone number.
- Files you upload - sample spreadsheets, presentations, PDFs, or images you choose to attach.
- Technical data - a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to prevent abuse, and the cookie described below. We do not store your raw IP address with your request.
We ask for the minimum needed to understand and quote your project. Please do not include passwords, payment card numbers, or personal data about other people that the project does not require.
How we use it
- To understand your requirements, prepare a quotation, and deliver the work you accept.
- To contact you about your request by email.
- To protect the service against spam and abuse.
- To meet legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell your information or use it for advertising.
The AI project assistant
The messages you type into the project assistant are sent to a large language model provided by Alibaba Cloud (Model Studio, international region) so it can ask follow-up questions and organise your requirements into a summary. The provider processes them to return a response.
Your uploaded files and your contact details are not sent to the AI provider. Files are reviewed only by our team. If the AI assistant is unavailable, the page uses fixed guided questions and nothing is sent to the AI provider.
Your files
Uploaded files are stored on our server outside the public website, under random names, readable only by the application and accessible only to authorised 365 Metrix staff. Files are never opened, run, or executed on our servers - including spreadsheets that contain macros. Every staff download is logged.
Cookies
We use one functional cookie for visitors, which keeps your unfinished project description available if you leave and return. It lasts up to 30 days and is removed when you submit your request. Staff who sign in to our administration area use a separate session cookie. We do not use advertising cookies.
Who processes data for us Pending legal review
- Hosting: DigitalOcean (servers in the United States).
- AI language model for the project assistant: Alibaba Cloud Model Studio.
- Email delivery: our transactional email provider.
- Network security and performance: our DNS and content delivery provider.
These providers process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service.
International transfers Pending legal review
Because our providers operate in several countries, your information may be processed outside the country you live in. We choose providers that apply appropriate security measures.
How long we keep it Pending legal review
- Project descriptions you start but never submit are deleted automatically, with any files, after 30 days of inactivity.
- Submitted requests and their files are kept for the duration of our work together and for a reasonable period afterwards for records and support.
- You can ask us to delete your files or your request at any time, subject to any legal obligation to keep records.
Your rights Pending legal review
You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Security
Connections to our website are encrypted, administrative access is restricted and logged, uploaded files are validated and stored privately, and requests are rate-limited against abuse. No system is perfectly secure; if you believe there is a problem, please tell us.

We will update this page if our practices change, and revise the date at the top.
