365 Metrix Describe Your Project
Pricing

A fixed price, agreed before any work starts

Projects range from a single formula fix to a reporting system, so we quote each one individually. You describe the work; a specialist reviews it and sends a fixed quotation. Nothing is charged until you accept it.

The quotation

What every quote includes

  • The deliverables, listed line by line
  • A fixed total - not an hourly estimate
  • The assumptions the price depends on
  • A private link to review and accept it

If the scope changes after you accept, we agree the change and any price difference with you before doing the extra work.

About the project assistant: it helps you describe the work, but it never quotes. Any figure it mentions is preliminary and replaced by the specialist's quotation, which is the only price that applies.
What affects the price

The main factors

Telling us about these in your request is the quickest way to an accurate quote.

ScopeHow many outputs, sheets, slides, or steps the solution needs to cover.
Data complexityHow clean and consistent your source data is, and how many sources there are.
Automation depthA one-off clean-up costs less than a process that must run reliably every month.
EnvironmentConstraints such as no macros allowed, older Excel versions, or Excel for Mac.
TimelineTight deadlines may need more of a specialist's time in a short window.
HandoverDocumentation, training, or ongoing maintenance included in the agreement.
